Shipping Policy

We want to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read through our shipping information below before placing your order.

Domestic Delivery (Singapore)

We currently offer standard delivery for all Singapore orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Please note that delivery timelines may be slightly longer during peak sale periods or public holidays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates:

•         Standard delivery: $4.90
•         Free delivery for orders above $80
• Taxes & Duties:

For all Singapore orders, the local Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 9% is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Singapore tax regulations. There are no hidden fees or additional charges billed upon delivery.

International Shipping

We ship internationally and aim to make the process as smooth and affordable as possible. International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be able to view the applicable shipping fee at checkout before confirming your purchase.

Every effort is made to process and dispatch your order promptly. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your country and local postal services.

Import Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges vary by destination and are set by your local government, so unfortunately they are beyond our control.

To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office on any applicable fees before placing your order. This way, you can shop with confidence knowing what to expect when your parcel arrives.

Please note that any import charges due upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

Are Shipping Charges Refundable?

All shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original delivery fee of $4.90 will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

(Applicable to Singapore Orders)

At Rad Russel, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your item under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Item must come with its original shoebox and packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective

2. Return Methods

You may return the item through either of the following:

Option A: Return by Courier (Customer’s Own Courier)

You may arrange your own courier return with a tracking number.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Our staff will inspect the item on the spot.
If eligible, your refund will be processed through our system.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment
• Processing time: within 7 working days after verification
• Items returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging may be rejected
